Can guests RSVP without downloading an app? +
Yes. Guests visit your event page link in any browser and RSVP directly. No app download required. They receive a confirmation email with their access code and QR code.
How does the usher check-in work? +
You share a PIN-protected URL with your ushers. They open it on their phone, enter the guest's access code or scan their QR code. The system shows the guest's name, table, meal preference and VIP status instantly. Headcount updates in real time.
What happens if there is no internet at the venue? +
The usher check-in page works offline. Guest data is cached on the usher's phone when they first open the page. Check-ins are saved locally and automatically synced when internet is restored.
How does gift contribution payment work? +
Guests pay via Paystack directly from the event page. Payments go into a Paystack subaccount created for you — Paystack settles directly to your bank account. Bloans does not hold your money.
Can I use one plan for multiple events? +
Basic and Standard plans cover 1 event. Premium covers up to 3 events. Business covers unlimited events and is billed annually — ideal for event planners managing multiple clients.
